Scenaryo is a Munich-based consultancy that helps organizations not just adopt artificial intelligence – but make it sustainably effective.
Who we are
We are Vinko Novak and Florian Preisenhammer. Two consultants who believe transformation fails when strategy, technology and people aren't thought of together.
Scenaryo was founded on the conviction that mid-sized and large companies need a different kind of consultant: close enough to truly understand what's happening inside the organization – and methodically strong enough to drive real change.

Context engineering, evaluation-driven verification, and agentic workflows aren't slides for us – they're how we ship. Scenaryo Labs runs on the same practices we bring to client engagements: schemas and memory files instead of ad-hoc prompting, LM judges and CI/CD gates instead of "looks right to me." What we recommend, we've already tested on our own production systems.
Your code and data stay yours
We don't train models on client data or code. Confidentiality is standard, not an add-on – NDAs as a matter of course, EU-based hosting where required, and no retention beyond what an engagement needs.
